Angela Cast received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate at CITYOGA under the direction of renowned yoga instructors, Nikki Myers and Marsha Pappas. She was originally drawn to yoga to help heal her spirit after cancer treatment and looks forward

to sharing the gift of yoga with other survivors. During her all-level Vinyasa classes, she encourages her students to step on their mat and let the rest of the world disappear so they can listen to what their body is telling them in that moment. She also embraces her inner child with imagery and stories, while teaching children's yoga. She looks forward to advancing her knowledge of yoga with each new student.
